About us
Now is the time to make history by changing the future. We are named after Hermann Minkowski, a German mathematician and one of Albert Einstein’s teachers. Hardly anyone has heard of Minkowski, but everyone knows who Einstein was. This mirrors how we see our role: we are facilitators and enablers who help others build better futures. Just like Hermann Minkowski helped Einstein on his way. Our ambition is to enable a million Einsteins to make history by changing the future, and in doing so, make the world a little better.

Proven track record
Since our founding in 2017, we’ve grown rapidly into a global specialist in applied futures with a proven track record for collaborating with organizations of all kinds. We’ve designed and facilitated workshops, internal processes, management retreats, brainstorming sessions, strategy deep dives and training programs, in addition to working with you on strategy and leadership.
Jörgen van der Sloot
Jörgen has helped numerous organizations to get breakthroughs in their thinking and in their perspective on the future. He has collaborated with many internationally operating organizations and has hosted sessions for groups ranging in size from 3 people to 300 people, from boardroom to classroom. Jörgen founded Minkowski in October 2017.

Charlotte van Veelen
Charlotte is an experience designer and program manager. She supports the lead facilitators of our programs in design and delivery and focuses on continuously improving the participants’ experience and learning journeys.

Franka Rolvink Couzy
Franka specializes in leadership and change, in particular digital and climate transitions and the behavior required to achieve these. As a result, she works with a wide range of leaders and organizations on the challenges they face in this changing world. Franka's 20 years of experience as a financial journalist and as head of sector research at ABN AMRO enables her to connect different developments.

Erik Kepper
Erik is leading the strategy & organization development programs at Minkowski. He has almost 20 years of business, innovation and change experience with companies like Google/YouTube, RTL Group and E-Commerce mobility. Trained by Google’s Magic Academy he has years of experience in guiding & facilitating many brands and groups in creative innovation projects.. Erik is well-known for building bridges between the known and the unknown with an overall belief that ‘magic’ lies in combining a clear and sound mission with a strong eye for human behavior and a cultural climate that brings magical success out of a visionary idea.

Femke Deckers
Femke is a creativity facilitator, writer and performer. Through her workshops, book and theater piece she hopes to inspire and empower people to adjust self-imposed constraints, open up for change and imagine their brightest futures!

Alexandre Janssen
Alexandre has over fifteen years of experience in applying innovation within organizations; whether it is about the structure, the KPI’s, the process or the people and the cultural element. Alexandre co-founded Minkowski and works with the organization as a board member since 2018.

Jasmine De Clerck
Jasmine is a personal advisor to senior executives regarding their leadership impact and business transformation targets. With nearly two decades experience in the field of strategic HR, Jasmine's blends reflection with insights and leadership best practices. Based on her own business experience, Jasmine easily relates to the importance of shaping direction, alignment and engagement in and across teams and brings pragmatic insight into a broader, market-driven landscape. Over the years she has become a trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness to clients in various sectors, ranging from start-ups to big corporates and private-equity firms. A Belgian national who lived, studied and worked on several continents, Jasmine is fluent in Dutch/Flemish, English and French.
Chef Erling
Chef Erling is Minkowski’s culinary chef. He connects people by sharing food stories and offers custom made food programs for participants during events. He always creates the right combinations of food to get the best energy that will empower participants.

Cathalijne is an experienced leadership development coach and transformation facilitator. Céline Janssen is an ‘Opera Innovator'. Through her work as an artist (opera soprano and theater maker) she is always looking for connection and interaction. At Minkowski, she strives to create experiences for everyone to feel like a member of an opera choir, a large orchestra, or as a conductor.
“Being a member of a choir or orchestra is about seeking harmony and harmonizing with each other, while being a conductor (the maestro) is about taking leadership. I love to help people orchestrate their own futures and find the balance between these two aspects!”
