Omniversum | Scenario Design
As the only IMAX Dome Theater in the Netherlands, Omniversum is transforming in light of the digital revolution. In search for a new future proof purpose and vision we designed a multi-stakeholder program to reposition the theater for new audiences, draft a positioning statement and develop an investment approach for the next 10 years. The organization used the output to secure their future development and investmentbudget. Tools used a.o.: future radar, technological future horizons, stories for change, strategy design, scenario design, business model canvas.

Eventbrite | Strategy Design
‘Data is the new oil’ has become the mantra in many organizations. It especially rings true for companies that operate in the digital domain. But the question is not so much about the data that you have (although that is relevant as well), but more what you want to accomplish with that data. For this client we co-designed and facilitated a one day program to get the whole executive team to co-creatively develop a data strategy for the organization. SingularityU Italy | Moonshot thinking
This time around we got challenged to run a moonshot thinking workshop involving an entire audience at the SingularityU Italy Summit. The organizers wanted to give the audience a more meaningful experience than just the great inspiration they normally provide at an event like this. We designed a set-up for three separate sessions over the course of the entire event and developed a webapp as a tool for participants to massively collaborate together. Grant Thornton NL | Business Modeling
Grant Thornton Netherlands asked us to help with creating new AI Driven solutions for their clients and internally. We designed and delivered a 1,5 day pressure cooker, in which we first looked at the challenges to tackle, and then helped the teams build business models for the selected potential solutions. This selected solutions where presented to the board, and some of them are now being further developed and brought to market.

As one of the world’s leading architectural design companies UNStudio is continuously future-proofing the future with their work. They are a highly collaborative company and the management team is always working closely together with a group of long-term directors and associate directors. We designed a program for this senior leadership group to translate strategy into action collaboratively. Tools used a.o.: strategy design, roadmapping, design thinking, question driven design.

The world is in need of a more sustainable energy system. As one of the leading oil and gas companies in the world, Shell is a frontrunner in the energy transition and taking serious steps for the energy transformation. We designed a program for the senior leadership team of Shell on digital transformation, adaptability in uncertainty and vision creation through storytelling. Nestlé Purina | Co-creating Futures
One of the most crucial steps for change and transformation is to DO it. It sounds easy enough, but very often organizations get stuck in the phase of just thinking and visioning and they forget to get to action and learn from the activation of change by co-creating the future. For Nestlé Purina we designed an innovation expedition to help them understand the innovation ecosystem and translate their design challenges for the future into tangible pilot projects that they could start executing in co-creation with start-ups and scale-ups. Tools used a.o. visual thinking, design thinking, innovation design, ideation, empathy mapping.

Disrupt or be disrupted that’s the question. The finance vendor DLL is very much aware of that question and would like to be on the disruptive side of an answer. But to get there requires a new mindset for the company. SingularityU The Netherlands | Leadership transformation
It’s not hard to get overwhelmed by exponential tech developments, the key is to embrace change and find out how these developments impact you as a person and future leader, and to have the courage and tools to improve yourself, your team and organization. We designed and facilitated a program that both inspired the participants with the impact of technology, and challenged them to ask questions and give meaning to those developments. Coburn Ventures | Customized Programs for Transformation
Every gathering that the Coburn’s host is all about monumental change meets business and investing. The frameworks that they have developed over the years help participants to better understand what is changing in the world around them and as a result helps them to become better at what they do. We have co-designed and facilitated many gatherings over the years ranging from small off-sites in cities across Europe to bigger gatherings in New York, both on- as offline. KPN ICT Consulting | Co-creation Design
As the world is changing dramatically the role of a consultant is changing as well. A new approach is much more co-creative in nature. We designed a training program for groups of 10-15 to learn new ways of visioning, strategy and design in a master program. The goal of the program is for the new futures thinking to spread throughout the organization and to have the first students become teachers themselves. Kramer Holding & Vezet | Strategy Design
The world is in need of a more sustainable and healthy food system. As one of the leading Dutch family-run organizations in the field of freshly cut vegetables and fruits, Kramer Holding is changing our habits around healthy lifestyles. We designed a program to stretch their futures thinking and look beyond the current horizon to a world 10 years out. In an extensive extreme scenario design approach, this far horizon was translated in a concrete strategy outline for the near future. Learn Do Share | Co-creating Futures
Learn Do Share is a global prototype that is developed and run at Columbia University. The objective is inspired by Buckminster Fuller’s design challenge to make the world work for 100% of humanity in the shortest possible time, through spontaneous cooperation, without ecological offence or the disadvantage of anyone. We have co-designed and facilitated various social innovation labs and storytelling prototypes to contribute to this challenge.
