Pierre believes that the most powerful breakthroughs happen when people stop talking about challenges and start building their way through them. Drawing on over 15 years of business experience in leadership, people strategy, and organizational development across Europe, he uses LEGO® Serious Play® to help leadership teams turn complex strategic questions into shared insights and tangible action, building the team cohesion, alignment and shared clarity needed to move forward together.

Alongside his corporate work, Pierre brings the mental performance and purpose-driven mindset from his work in elite sport to every session. Born in France and based in the Netherlands, he works fluently across cultures, languages, and sectors. With Minkowski, he wants to help more organizations make their futures tangible.
