Stories for Change
As human beings we are wired for stories. It has been one of the first ways we have transferred knowledge from generation to generation and has provided us homo sapiens with an evolutionary advantage. That is why we believe that stories are a powerful tool for transformation and change in organizations. In this course you can learn how to apply principles of storytelling, logic and empathy to develop future scenarios and translate them in stories that can be shared throughout your organization. Applied Futures Thinking
The core thinking of our coalition is inspired by the work of Hermann Minkowski. We design programs in our agency to help organizations apply the possibilities in their future to their organization. In this program you can learn the theories and practices that we use in our daily work and that have inspired us over the years. You will actively be trained to apply this in your own work as well. Tools for co-creation
Over the years in our practice we have developed many tools for co-creation and our toolbox is always growing with new tools, methodologies and exercises. In this basic training we will show you how we can take almost anything out there and turn it into a co-creative tool and we will teach you how to do this as well by simply following a few basic principles. Transformation is not just about applying the right tools in a certain situation. Transformation, by definition, is about people. In this course you will be guided through the complexities that might arise in dealing with transformation from a human perspective and you will be shown how to deal with these complex situations.
